With a Cloud Business Applications competency, you can show your organizational skills in configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems to meet customer needs in sales, marketing, customer service, and field service.

Changes to the Cloud Business Applications competency

Starting April 1, 2021, the Partner Contribution Indicators (PCI) score will be used to determine partners eligibility towards attaining or renewing the Cloud Business Applications competency. The PCI score is a more holistic measurement of a partner’s abilities to deliver successful customer outcomes. Check your PCI score in Partner Center regularly to make sure you’re eligible to attain or renew the Cloud Business Applications competency when your renewal window opens on or after April 1, 2021.

Your company will need to meet the competency requirements, validate required exams and skills each year, and pay the annual fee within your renewal window to retain your competency status and access associated benefits.
