Could it be that MS has forgotten to add the advanced certification MB-820 to the list of eligible certifications? Hi Microsoft Community, at the Moment we the following situation with one of our Customers from Germany. The customer has two differrent types of contracts at the Moment, one is a M365 contract and the other one is an Open Value Supscription contract. As an attachment to this E-Mail i share the actual licenses of the Customer with you. The customer has the follwing licenses: M365: 1x Dynamics 365 Customer Voice for Teachers 200x Microsoft 365 A3 for Teachers 5600x Microsoft 365 A3 for Students 5x Microsoft 365 A5 for Teachers 100x Microsoft Teams Telefon Standard for Teachers 25x Microsoft Viva-Suite for Teachers 5x Planner for Project Plan 3 for Teachers 3x Planner for Project Plan 5 for Teachers OV- Subscription: 200 FTE; MS Core CAL Client Access License Suite, incl. Since the last partner of the customerdidnt do a good consulting job and wasnt able to answer the questions of the customer properly, he is now very sensitive about some questions he has. Maybe you can help us with those questions too: With the Microsoft 365 A3 License for Teachers or Students there also comes a Windows 10/11 Desktop Operation System Upgrade to Windows 10/11 Education/Enterprise. Is there a proper Operations system like Windows 11 Pro OEM needed to install the Windows 11 Education Edition on the PCs or can the customer also buy Systems without any Microsoft Operation Systems and install the Windows 11 Education license directly on the Device? To open up a Open Value Subscription Contract there are qualified Products needed. In this case its the Microsoft Core CALs. Are they always needed or is it possible to open a Contract without them? Cause the CALs would already been licensed about the Microsoft 365 A3 Licenses. Is it still true, that when you License all FTEs in a Open Value Subscription contract that you can Provide all those Licenese for the Students too, for example: Visio, Project, Windows Server? If yes, how can the Students get those licenses? Is there still a Microsoft Portal where they can sign up with their school account and can Download those Licenses? Thanks for your help. Let me start by saying that there are multiple threads on this issue, but the responses I've seen have not helped me to resolve this issue. I've exhausted all of my options at this point. I am attempting to create a partner center account. I'm based in the United States, and after submitting a valid D-U-N-S and EIN and the required information, I receive this error: Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked. If you require further information please reach out to Microsoft support with reference number: {Reference Number} and transaction ID: {Transaction ID}. It is not possible to contact Partner Center support or create a support ticket in the partner center as is recommended on other threads and on the Microsoft documentation. When you attempt to create a support ticket, the "Workspace" is a required field, but no options are available because the original error takes place prior to being able to create a workspace. I want to reiterate - it is not possible to contact Partner Center support or create a support ticket to resolve this issue.SolvedNo Restricted tables in Dynamics Sales ? and Question for Portal users

I need to clarify if a Power Apps Premium licensed user can create, edit and close opportunities. -> Sales tables (Lead,Opportunity, Quote...) are not listed 2. Also would it be possible for a Power Pages Authenticated (internal User) to close a case. -> It says about "Power Apps, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio licensed" but Power Page is not listed. I see the announcement in Partner Center Announcements that the 3Yr Term for ME3 and ME5 will be available in June and there is an FAQ, but it says I don't have permissions to access. Can anyone else access this? Also, does anyone know what the liability is for the Partner? When I look at the billing terms documentation for 3Yr terms, it was last updated April 25th and is very specific to Dynamics. Hi Can anyone advise. I'm a Microsoft trainer and have been prepping the new version of AZ500 which has so much new content. However, the MSLearn material does not reflect any of the new material, ie Microsoft Verified ID, Entra Permissions Management, Microsoft Purview. The MSLearn content definitely still follows the old course. There's also one slide on Microsoft Entra Connect - and then the lab in github is still doing that one, there used to be a whole section on Directory synchronisation. The same is true for Firewall, one slide now for the lab. So... do I teach my class this week, the new content or the old content. I looked at the exam objectives and they mention some of the new stuff, but when I look back I see the old exam objectives mentioned them as well, although it was never covered!! Is there a date that maybe MSLearn material will be updated and reflect the new instructor content?CSP relationship scenarios
In the Partner Center documentation at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/enroll/csp-supported-partner-relationships, I find sample scenario 4b and sample scenario 5, which contradicts each other. Sample scenario 4b appears to say that we can buy four ourselves if our production environment is separate from the one used for CSP business, while scenario 5 appears to say that we cannot. Hello Community, I am reaching out as urgently seeking guidance or insights from those familiar with the challenges of the AI Cloud Partner Program or anyone who can offer assistance. We are currently handling two domains: main domain (A): Our actively managed Sales Intelligence SaaS. email domain (B): Previously active service, now pivoted to main domain and used internally. Over the past month, we have faced significant hurdles in the verification process of the AI Cloud Partner Program, despite rigorously following all outlined steps from Microsoft and various community resources. Here’s what we have undertaken: Contact Information: We transitioned from using generic email addresses like contact@ or marketing@ to personal accounts after learning they could lead to application rejections. Documentation Submission: Initially, we provided receipts as Namecheap does not issue invoices. After realizing that only invoices were acceptable, we ceased submitting receipts. Domain Hosting and Privacy: We meticulously matched the contact profile details—company name, address, contact information—down to case sensitivity on our email domain (B), which we host directly. Furthermore, we disabled privacy features in WHOIS to expose my personal information, prioritizing compliance over privacy. Support Interaction: We are actively engaging with the partner support through three ongoing support tickets, attempting to resolve our issues. Separately, we reached out to Microsoft’s Partner Twitter handle but have not received a response. Parallel Certification Attempt: Our application to the ISV Success program was stopped because our account showed "multiple failed attempts," according to their system. This has blocked us from proceeding with our Account Verification. Despite these efforts, we are still awaiting a final decision from the AI Cloud Partner Program, now well beyond the initial promise of 3-5 business days, extending over ten days. The documentation requirements for the ISV Success are identical to those of the AI Cloud Partner Program, heightening our concern as both are crucial for our business operations, which are currently under severe strain. We are in dire need of a more personalized response to understand possible missteps or further required actions. The generic responses from the partner center have been unhelpful and frustrating. Does anyone have any insights or can offer assistance on how to move forward in this situation? Has anyone else faced similar verification challenges? Microsoft's verification and support system is absolutely appalling. Despite providing every piece of required information for my company, their system continues to reject my verification attempts. I've gone above and beyond by paying extra to create additional email accounts in the format email address removed for privacy reasons. I've submitted QR-coded invoices officially verified by government authorities. Our WHOIS data is current and accurate. My name matches perfectly across all documentation and our DUNS number is correct. Yet, I keep receiving the same frustrating response: "This is because the primary contact details did not match." When I reach out through their official support channels, it takes them five days just to respond. It's been two months now, and I'm still waiting for approval just to register. It's absurd that such a large company maintains such a disastrous system. All they need to do is verify real users directly without relying on AI algorithms. They're so focused on automating everything with artificial intelligence that they've created a dysfunctional process. Despite all their technology, humans still remain superior at handling these verification tasks, yet Microsoft seems determined to automate a process they haven't properly designed.Error message: unable to validate your 'Create new GDAP relationship'
In Partner Center I want to create an admin relationship request for a certain customer. As you can see below I receive an error message when I clicked on 'finalize request'. The details of the error message: We are unable to validate your 'Create new GDAP relationship' request at this time. Be advised anonymous connections are not allowed for this service. If you believe you received this message in error, please try your request again. Click to learn about action you can take. If the issue persists, contact support and reference message code 715-123220 and Transaction ID: xxxxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx. I tried to create a request on different times of the day and even my colleague doesn't managed to finalize the request because she also receives the same message.
