New Training Services Partner Onboarding Update
Hello new TSPs. We are currently updating the onboarding process to provide better communications around process and timing. While we work to update, please send me a private message if you have completed the onboarding form and you are currently waiting on a response. I anticipate this workaround to last for a few weeks and for us to have a new process in place in January. Once the update is complete and the normal process resumes, I will delete this thread. Goal: Given a customerId, skuId, and productId for a specific microsoft license check the usage data (i.e. how many used / unused licenses) for that license. Examples: skuId = "0004" productId = "CFQ7TTC0JXCZ" Steps taken so far: I can pull down a customer's subscriptions via this endpoint. The response contains a skuId and productId, so I can filter the response to find the license I'm interested in. However, the response does not contain any information about license usage. It contains the total quantity associated with the subscription but doesn't specify the number of licenses used. I can use a different endpoint to pull down all the subscribed skus for a specific customer. This endpoint does return the license usage information that I want, but it doesn't return the desired productId and the returned skuId doesn't match the pattern I expect. It also returns a skuPartNumber that isn't helpful to mapping back to my input skuId and productId I'm stuck, so any support would be much appreciated! When you enroll in Partner Center or change legal details in your profile, Microsoft verifies the information that you provide, such as your company name, company address, and primary contact details. During this process, Microsoft may send email to your primary contact to request more verification documentation. You can go to Legal info in Partner Center to monitor verification status for the: Microsoft Cloud Partner Program. Cloud Solution Provider (CSP). Developer (Commercial marketplace, Windows and Xbox, Office Store, and so on). When account verification is complete, you can perform activities such as purchasing new offers, renewing existing offers in the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program, or publishing offers to commercial marketplace. Hi can you provide any information on if and when the above license will be available through csp. As far as i can see, you can order this directly from Microsoft through your Tenant and maybe still VL. But not through CSP. Hello community, Can anyone offer guidance on how to retrieve details of our Offers and Plans via API request to the Azure Marketplace? The relevant API's seem to be below https://cloudpartner.azure.com/api/ but, I cannot seem to generate an authentication token that has the correct scope and am receiving 401: Unauthorized. e.g. GET: https://cloudpartner.azure.com/api/publishers/{{publisherId}}/offers?api-version=2017-10-31 Steps taken: I already have an operational App Service Principle and can obtain an access token that works with the marketplaceapi.microsoft.com API's (from the Mastering the MarketPlace Saas Accelerator) setup. I can I have granted the App Service Principle the "Manager" role in the Partner Portal as described in the API prerequisites. But, the documentation seems to omit the authentication "scope" I should request in the oAUTH flow. Any suggestions or guidance welcomed! There appears to be a contradiction in the "Stop Distribution of an Offer or Plan" section of the MS Learn article "Update existing offers in the commercial marketplace." Specifically, the document says: Any customers who previously acquired the offer or plan can still use it but they can't re-download or redeploy. However, the third bullet point beneath that text says: For all offers, once the offer or plans are deprecated, the customer has 90 days of usage. The plain language of these two sentences, taken together, is an apparent contradiction. Which is correct? In Partner Center I want to create an admin relationship request for a certain customer. As you can see below I receive an error message when I clicked on 'finalize request'. The details of the error message: We are unable to validate your 'Create new GDAP relationship' request at this time. Be advised anonymous connections are not allowed for this service. If you believe you received this message in error, please try your request again. Click to learn about action you can take. If the issue persists, contact support and reference message code 715-123220 and Transaction ID: xxxxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx. I tried to create a request on different times of the day and even my colleague doesn't managed to finalize the request because she also receives the same message. Hello TSP Team, one of our MCTs has missed to renew his MCT state and has tried to renew it with the enrollment tool. He tried again yesterday (Oct, 1). Its still not working.
