Live Chat as primary support option for Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS)

Live Chat is a primary support option that will reduce your query wait time. 

Currently, you have the option to select Live Chat within Order Central and in the Call Logging Tool (CLT) for all types of support queries. We recommend using this tool in place of raising a query via CLT to improve query resolution and for shorter waiting times. If the Live Chat agent can’t resolve the issue, they will create a ticket and include you as required to progress the query further.
