Microsoft is undertaking a global initiative to unify customer data and as such, the gathering of essential data has been expanded to include the organization registration number and contact middle name.

A new registration number field is now available for completion when setting up any new organization, or any time a master data change is made to an organization’s profile.

From April 2022 onwards, completion of the registration number field will be mandatory for the customer’s organization in select countries.
