Parker leads a world-wide team that drives end-to-end execution of Commercial Partner strategies and programs, delivers Microsoft cloud revenue through and with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), manages relationships with strategic System Integrators (SIs), and works with original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s) and silicon makers, to build and sell commercial and consumer PCs, collaboration devices and edge to cloud solutions at scale.

Gavriella is Corporate Vice President of Microsoft's One Commercial Partner (OCP) organization, leading the global portfolio of channel partners that recently reached USD1 trillion in ecosystem revenues. With more than 20 years of leadership expertise in digital and cloud transformation roles, her strategy and execution expertise spans all aspects of business model and product development, launch, marketing, sales and partner development. She leads the global recruitment, enablement and engagement of Microsoft’s fast-growing partner ecosystem. Additional areas of her specialization include licensing models, digital marketing and global routes to market. Gavriella specializes in starting up and turning around businesses by inspiring a vision for future customer relevance and engaging the team in developing the roadmap.

Vice President, Global Systems Integrators and Advisory Consultants


As Vice President of Global System Integrators and Advisory Consultants, Takuya Hirano is responsible for enabling and maximizing business value of the 18 most strategic partnerships at Microsoft. His team owns the strategy and worldwide execution with these key partners to jointly deliver solutions and services to enterprise customers to accelerate their digital transformation through Microsoft’s cloud offerings. Over his 14-year tenure with Microsoft, Takuya served in several roles in the Japan subsidiary, including General Manager of Enterprise Services and then Enterprise Solutions and Partner Group, CMO of the Marketing and Operations group, and most recently as the President of Microsoft Japan. He also spent 3 years as the General Manager for the Multi-country Subsidiary within Microsoft’s Central & Eastern Europe organization based in Munich, Germany. Before joining Microsoft, Takuya spent eight years at Hyperion Solutions (now Oracle Corporation), where he had responsibilities in Sales, Alliance, and Marketing.

Nicole is the Vice President, Device Partner Sales in Microsoft’s Global Partner Solutions organization. She leads a diverse team of sales, marketing, business development, and technical professionals developing innovative Windows devices and solutions with key partners in the device ecosystem.  She is accountable for creating the strategy and joint execution plan with Microsoft’s Device Partner ecosystem, which includes OEMs, device distribution channel, original design manufacturing (ODM) partners and silicon providers. Nicole has an incredible breadth of experience over 12 years at Microsoft, from commercial to consumer, at Corporate in Redmond, in Region (Asia), and in the field (US, UK & Ireland), managing enterprise customers, device partners and channel partners.  She has held several senior sales and marketing roles during her tenure, including her leadership of a sales and marketing team for a portfolio of OEM partners.  She led Microsoft’s HP OEM team across the Asia Pacific region and she also worked in Enterprise Customer sales in the US on one of Microsoft’s Global Accounts.

Casey McGee currently serves as the WW Vice President of Global ISV Partner Sales at Microsoft. In this role, Casey has accountability for Microsoft’s ISV Strategy, for the Partner Development team responsible for our Global ISVs, and he works across Microsoft and in partnership with our ISV Ecosystem, to help Microsoft realize our Mission of Helping Every Person and Every Organization on the Planet Achieve More.
