Unlock the full potential of Copilot for Microsoft 365

The Copilot for Microsoft 365 Adoption Accelerator ensures smooth adoption by addressing priorities for Copilot implementation, and includes activities to optimize technical readiness and drive adoption.

It's recommended to proceed with the Adoption Accelerator after completing the Copilot for Microsoft 365 workshop, where high-value scenarios and organizational baselines are identified. This accelerator will target these scenarios.

Key stakeholders, including adoption managers, business decision-makers, end-user support, and champions, should be involved in the adoption process. Responsibility for sustained success must transition effectively during this process.

Partners are required to deliver eligible services equal to or greater than the funding value for the engagement. These services include:

• Assigning Copilot for Microsoft 365 licenses.
• Deploying Microsoft 365 apps.
• Remediating overprivileged and risky users.
• Mitigating device risk.
• Preventing data overexposure.
• Controlling the use of AI apps.
• Designing, building, and publishing custom plug-ins.
• Executing an adoption plan encompassing Copilot Center of Excellence creation.
• An awareness strategy, a learning plan, and success measures reporting.
• Delivering extended training and adoption support.
