We first ask that you review a short series of videos that will help you optimize your partnership with Microsoft and answer some of the more common questions. You are free to complete them at your leisure and may review your completion status at any time by returning to the link in the email confirmation from us. After you complete the videos, Microsoft will contact you to complete the validation process and determine which tier your company qualifies for.

Once they are complete, Microsoft will contact you within a week by email. Please check your junk or spam folders for the email if you don't see it within one week.

Microsoft GTM Services are included in your Microsoft Partner competency benefits. Please review the competencies to get started.

Everyone that has an application in market built on Microsoft technology, that a customer can purchase, and has a silver or gold competency is eligible for GTM Services. If you are still building or growing your business, there are a number of additional resources in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.
