This learning path directs you to a number of resources to help prepare for taking the Dynamics 365 Customer Service (MB-230) exam. These courses show you how to implement omni-channel solutions that focus upon service, quality, reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will also learn how to design and implement service management visualizations and reports. It introduces skills required through a series of virtual instructor-led trainings (VILT) that are between 1-2 hours long each. For each item, you will need to register at the link provided to be able to watch these VILTs (recorded webinars) on-demand. This is one of two exams required for the Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate Certification. To gain this certification, you must pass the MB-230 and MB-200 (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core) exams.
