How is Partner Marketing Center changing?

Partner Marketing Center has been revamped to offer two distinct experiences: Partner Marketing Center, a library of free, downloadable, marketing content aligned with Microsoft solution plays and available to all partners and Partner Marketing Center Pro – a centralized hub for campaign planning, publishing, and performance tracking, the new experience features capabilities like an AI assistant with coaching capabilities, AI-powered customization and cobranding, intelligent localization, automatic sends, campaign reporting, and more.

Partner Marketing Center remains available to all partners.

Partner Marketing Center Pro is available to partners with partner benefits packages, ISV Success, and Solutions Partner designations. Before accessing the new tool, please ensure your organization’s tenant admin approves permissions for the third-party platform in Partner Center. This is a required first action to enable access.

What’s happening to Partner Marketing Center content?

Content is offered through Partner Marketing Center, a library of free, downloadable, purpose-built marketing assets including e-books, sales guides, and pitch decks.

Partner Marketing Center Pro offers all the above content and more, including social media posts, infographics, and a powerful suite of AI capabilities:

What’s happening to Digital Marketing Content OnDemand?

DMC has retired as of December 2025, and its capabilities and campaign in a box materials migrated to the new Partner Marketing Center experience. Partner Marketing Center Pro replaces all of DMC’s capabilities, bringing together campaign assets, publishing tools, and performance insights into one intuitive hub.

What’s happening to Go-To-Market (GTM) Toolbox?

GTM Toolbox will officially retire at the end of December 2025. Please download any customized content you’d like to keep, as it will no longer be available after December 31. The updated, AI-first partner marketing platform will replace all of Go-To-Market Toolbox’s capabilities, bringing together campaign assets, publishing tools, and performance insights into one intuitive hub.

Will I need to learn a new system?

The updated Partner Marketing Center experience is designed with intuitive UX and AI-guided workflows, built to minimize the learning curve. It combines existing tools to simplify campaign execution, so partners can expect a smoother experience without the need to navigate multiple platforms.

To ensure that partners are onboarded quickly and smoothly, there will be dedicated training sessions and office hours once the next-generation Partner Marketing Center goes live.

Will I be able to customize campaigns?

Yes. Partner Marketing Center Pro supports easy, almost instant campaign customization with AI. The platform will offer automatic content tailoring based on partner profile and inputs such as target audience, calls to action, and more, making it easier for partners to access purpose-built assets without needing to manually customize them.

How do I activate the new AI capabilities?

These capabilities are available through Partner Marketing Center Pro to partners with a partner benefits package, a Solutions Partner designation, or ISV Success.


Once you’ve purchased a partner benefits package, attained a Solutions Partner designation, or joined ISV Success, your partner admin can activate the updated experience through Partner Center. Then, your organization’s partner admin, global admin, or account admin can submit a Partner Concierge consultation request.

Am I eligible to use Partner Marketing Center Pro?
