In August 2022, Microsoft announced plans to improve end-to-end processes and systems toward simplifying volume licensing (VL) experiences for our partners. As part of this strategy, Microsoft is developing a tool called Volume Licensing Central. The first available capabilities are the My Cases and Support and User Management workspaces, which were launched on November 7, 2022. Cases can now be created using Volume Licensing Central in the My Cases and Support workspace.

These workspaces in Volume Licensing Central will replace CLT, which will be retired on February 17, 2023.
