What to do and know before you go

Take a few minutes to set yourself up for a smooth and productive Ignite experience. Start by reviewing and updating your Ignite profile so you receive the most relevant recommendations and can connect with the right people. Install the event mobile app for quick access to session details, maps, and updates, then begin adding sessions to your schedule so you are ready when doors open.

Below are a few sessions you do not want to miss:

Check the partner Ignite page for a list of recommended sessions.

We also encourage you to visit the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Hub in the expo. This is your go-to destination to explore the latest partner benefits, see live demos of AI-powered solutions, and connect with experts who can help accelerate your growth. Discover skilling resources, learn about new designations, and get practical guidance on how to maximize your impact with the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.

If you are attending in person, use the attendee directory to connect with peers in advance and the speaker directory to identify experts you want to engage with. You can also reserve networking space and schedule meetings ahead of time. Take a moment to look at the event’s security guidelines, including badge requirements, screenings, and prohibited items so you know what to expect on arrival.

Spend time exploring the interactive venue map and shuttle routes. The map is an easy way to plan how you will move between spaces and stay on schedule during the event. Lunch menus are posted as well, giving you a look at what will be served and where.

Plan to arrive early on November 17 for badge pickup. This helps avoid lines and gives you time to settle in before the first full day of programming. Official event swag will be available during badge pickup, and only on Monday, so make that your first stop when you arrive.

Making the most of your experience

If you are traveling to San Francisco, arriving early also gives you time to get familiar with the venue. Comfortable shoes and a charged device go a long way. Spend time in the hub to experience the latest product demos and meet other partners. The agenda also includes evening networking events that create space to connect with peers, product groups, and Microsoft leadership.

Digital attendees can take advantage of structured online engagement features to connect and participate in discussions. Set time for a short recap after each block of sessions so it’s easier to translate key learnings into next steps for your business.
