Microsoft helps introduce Canonical, JuJu to market

Canonical’s mission is to make Ubuntu and open-source software available to people everywhere. When Canonical wanted to raise awareness of Juju, its open-source cloud-orchestration management tool, it turned to the Microsoft Go-To-Market Services team.

Microsoft’s @Azure Twitter account featured Canonical and Juju as its App of the Day tweet, reaching an audience of more than 300,000. The tweet drove hundreds of visits to Canonical’s website. The Microsoft Go-To-Market Services team hosted a guest post by Canonical on its Channel 9 Microsoft Azure Partner blog. The post ranked among the top three most-read articles on the Channel 9 blog for two weeks. The Microsoft Go-To-Market Services team also published a mini-case study highlighting how Azure and Juju work together to simplify deployment of complex architectures.
