In another move to simplify the partner experience, we are also making some changes that impact our CRM on-premises programs:
Under the Solution Provider Agreement (SPA) program, new customers will no longer be able to purchase CRM on-premises from the Dynamics Price List (DPL). There’s no impact on existing CRM on-premises DPL customers - they will be able to continue to purchase from the DPL. This change goes into effect May 2017.
We are also modifying the CSA program for CRM on-premises, effective January 2017:
