CSAT retiring from Gold competency requirements

The Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) requirement is being removed as a Gold competency requirement for all competencies in January 2016 in our continued effort to make it easier for you to do business with Microsoft. We encourage you to export the survey response data from now until March 31, 2016 before your access is removed as we retire the tool. You will not be able to access your CSAT data after April 1, 2016
