We have a substantial security team that partners with local, state, and federal agencies on the ground ‎in Las Vegas—as well as with security from our conference venues. We continually re-evaluate our security posture and response plans in light of emerging threats.

The additional security measures are a reasonable precautionary measure for the safety and security of all Microsoft Inspire attendees. These measures allow security personnel to quickly identify potential safety concerns in the least intrusive manner while maintaining an enjoyable conference.
