With a strong background in gaming and engineering at its core, Finger Food was founded in 2009 by a team of highly knowledgeable and adaptable visionaries with a passion to solve difficult problems. The team enables companies to transform their businesses using technologies such as mixed reality by delivering innovative solutions to big challenges across a variety of industries.

Finger Food works by the motto: design, develop, deliver, and the belief that taking a balanced approach to projects ultimately leads to impactful results. Finger Food continues to soar, and, like their solutions, their attitude, work ethic, and ability to innovate in mixed reality are second to none.

The award-winning team at Finger Food has had a profound relationship with Microsoft for over a decade. As one of the first companies to join the Mixed Reality Partner Program, they have experienced a huge leap in leads and referrals as they have worked to solve industry problems globally. They care deeply about their customers’ success and create stellar user experiences. They will tackle hard problems head-on to ensure a high-quality solution is created for each and every one of them.

Comprised of data scientists, engineers, designers, developers, technical artists, and more, Finger Food’s diverse, award-winning team uses the latest technology to solve business problems, build on market opportunities, and drive ROI, including: revenue growth, cost reduction, improved workflow, efficiency, and managing risk for global clients.

Finger Food creates fully scalable, portable, and 3D interactive data visualization tools to create highly immersive experiences on HoloLens. By utilizing mixed reality, machine learning, and Internet of Things (IoT), the oil and gas industry is now able to drive down costs and improve visibility to improve maintenance and reduce the risk of dangerous threats to their operations. Live entertainment is enhancing creativity with production while saving time and reducing costs. Truck manufacturers are improving workflow efficiency by removing the cost and time associated with clay modeling and transitioning to virtual, full-scale trucks where design changes occur in real time.

Finger Food’s work with mixed reality is helping modern-day companies transform their businesses. Whether it be replicating space, changing the way consumers view and experience products, or training, mixed reality can assist in taking a vision and creating a new reality.

“I think we are just at the beginning of a real revolution where mixed reality is going to fundamentally change how we view and perceive the world around us. And at Finger Food, we are investing to ensure we are at the front edge of that technology curve.”

Paccar, one of the largest truck design and manufacturing companies in the world, partnered with Finger Food to transform the truck design process. The quest was to create a solution that would save time and reduce the costs associated with approving new designs, improving workflow efficiency, and increasing productivity, allowing Paccar to move beyond life-size clay models for design—an extremely time-consuming and expensive process.

The Finger Food team re-imagined the way truck prototypes are developed and new designs are approved using HoloLens. Executives can now immediately determine how different designs affect air flow, air pressure, and thus fuel efficiency from a projected full-scale holographic truck. Communication and collaboration between stakeholders was improved, approval time was reduced, productivity was increased, and an industry was transformed.
