To protect personnel and the communities in which they live and work, including conducting business from remote locations and/or using different processes, Microsoft has implemented the use of Microsoft Alternative Acceptance Form(s) (MAAF) in lieu of the Volume Licensing (VL) standard physical signature process for midterm submissions. The MAAF is for when the partner, the customer, or Microsoft are facing special situations during Covid-19 lockdowns and can’t perform a physical signature.
