The Price List and Product Terms Document for Windows 10 IoT for Collaboration has been updated as follows:
- Changes Specific to Collaboration Products under Additional Term 2111- Windows 10 IoT for Collaboration Product Requirements for Microsoft Teams Rooms Devices, has been updated to add additional flexibility for Distributing the Collaboration Product without a CPA. This is only for cases where a device is being manufactured on behalf of another Partner that has a valid CPA. For example: Device Manufacturer A builds a compute node on behalf of Device Manufacturer B, who is marketing a branded Microsoft Teams Room device. Device Manufacturer A may install the Product and distribute the device to Manufacturer B. The device may be branded as Device Manufacturer A or Device Manufacturer B (or both) if desired.
- Changes Specific to general IoT Product ATs which are included in the terms for the Collaboration Products.
As IoT platforms continue to evolve, containers serve as a common deployment method for applications independent from Azure IoT Edge. As a result, we have updated our license terms to allow containers on Windows 10 IoT Enterprise and Windows IoT Core, removing the restriction that required Azure IoT Edge to instantiate the container.
Removed AT 2024, Windows Containers Requirements.
Updated AT 8005, Codec licensing changes.
