The Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program gives partners a strong foundation to build, market, and scale solutions for the next wave of cloud and AI innovation. No matter your size or focus area, the program is designed to enable growth by connecting technology, resources, and support in ways that reflect how partners operate and deliver value to customers.
The scale and maturity of our partner ecosystem, paired with a deeply embedded co-sell and services model across both small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and enterprise motions, is a key part of what makes this program unique.
Partner benefits packages play a central role in that value. They bring together discounted licenses, Azure credits, and personalized support at a fraction of retail value, enabling partners to innovate faster, reduce costs, and scale customer solutions more efficiently.
Each package includes bundled offerings of licenses, one-to-one program and technical consultations, and go-to-market resources that are designed for partners to drive profitability across the full customer lifecycle––not just at the point of sale.
At Microsoft Ignite, we announced expanded package offerings designed to deliver even more value for your business. Updates include additional security benefits, a new AI-powered Partner Marketing Center to drive demand, and added Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses, including Microsoft Dragon Copilot. With these enhancements arriving in February, now is a good time to purchase or renew the package that best aligns to your organization’s needs.
Key elements of partner benefits packages
Microsoft builds partner benefits packages for one reason: to enable growth. As customer demand shifts toward AI-enabled and secure solutions, we continue to invest alongside partners, so the tools and resources included in benefits packages reflect what matters most in-market.
But partner benefits also extend beyond licenses and marketing tools to provide structured, hands-on guidance that supports execution. Through Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Concierge, eligible partners receive one-to-one engagement with a dedicated Microsoft specialist who can help align priorities, improve Microsoft Marketplace presence, strengthen co-sell readiness, and connect the right resources to the right opportunities.
With Technical Presales and Deployment Services, accessible through advisory hours, eligible partners gain access to one-to-one Microsoft technical expertise to architect solutions, integrate AI solutions into current business practices, accelerate deployments, optimize and scale your Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) business, and close deals faster. These benefits reflect how Microsoft continues to invest alongside partners, not just with tools, but with focused support that helps turn strategy into action.
Additionally, more benefits will be added in February, including Microsoft 365 Copilot benefits and access to the next-generation Partner Marketing Center––an AI-powered hub designed to simplify how campaigns are discovered, customized, and executed at scale for partners.
Renew or purchase now for new benefits offerings at existing package pricing
If your organization has previously purchased a benefits package, maintaining an active package is the simplest way to ensure continuity. Missing a renewal can lead to unintended disruption, including loss of access to licenses, tools, and other cost-saving benefits that you depend on each day. Keeping up with renewals also ensures you are automatically included in upcoming updates that include even more benefits and savings at existing package rates.
But purchasing or renewing now also provides pricing predictability. The February update adds meaningful value, including more licenses and new capabilities across areas partners are investing in right now, such as AI and security. With that increased value, Microsoft has shared that a nominal 3% price adjustment will accompany the February update. Partners who renew or purchase before that update will still receive access to the new benefits as they become available, while securing current pricing for the year ahead.
Finally, renewal season is also a natural moment to reassess. Many partners use this window to review how they are using their benefits and determine whether upgrading to a different package or adding a supplemental package better aligns with how their business has grown over the past year.
