We’ve been listening to our Partner community and we understand that too often the sales cycle takes longer or is more complex than expected. We’re here to support. Now announcing the Digital Deal Desk as a New Zealand-first initiative for Microsoft Partners.

What is the Digital Deal Desk?

The Digital Deal Desk (D3) is a program to support our Partner community with 1:1 deal-level coaching, support, and resource clarity from key Microsoft Executives to our top Partners in New Zealand.

The Digital Deal Desk is a new innovative program to help you accelerate & land more Azure Co-Sell wins. When you nominate a deal, it is assessed through the Digital Desk to determine the best path for support to :

Increase average deal size

Increase average deal size

Speed up deal velocity

Speed up deal velocity

Win more Co-Sell deals

This collaboration could take the form of digital resources, programs and incentives, or one-to-one meetings with key Microsoft executives.


What is the selection criteria for Partners?

As a new pilot initiative, the Digital Deal Desk is currently available to select New Zealand-based Microsoft Partners who:

  • Have a Co-Sell Ready Azure solution and
  • Have an Azure Advanced Specialisation or Azure Expert MSP.

How does it work?

Invited partners can self-nominate specific deals through the online form or can be nominated internally from their Partner Development Manager. These deals are triaged by a Digital Deal Desk committee who then determines the best level of support to unblock your deal and accelerate it to a win. As a result, partners will have access to the right deal strategy and leverage the right resources at the right time.
