This learning path offers you resources to prepare for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (MB-230) exam. It introduces skills required through a series of Virtual Training Series (VTS) that are between 1-2 hours each and through online micro-learning on Microsoft Learn. For each VTS, you will need to register at the link provided to be able to watch the sessions (recorded webinars) on-demand. When accessing the Microsoft Learn content, we recommend adding your work email address to your Profile in Learn, to enable reporting for your organization. You'll learn how to implement omni-channel solutions that focus upon service, quality, reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will also learn how to design and implement service management visualizations and reports.
