This learning path will help you prepare for the training requirement for the Cloud Business Applications MPN Competency.

This learning path offers you resources to prepare for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (MB-210) exam. It introduces skills required through a series of Virtual Training Series (VTS) that are between 1-2 hours each and through online micro-learning on Microsoft Learn. For each VTS, you will need to register at the link provided to be able to watch the sessions (recorded webinars) on-demand.  When accessing the Microsoft Learn content, we recommend adding your work email address to your Profile in Learn, to enable reporting for your organization.

You'll learn how to implement solutions that support a sales life cycle to run efficiently and effectively to meet revenue targets, business strategies, and company objectives. You will also learn how to configure and expand the core functionality of leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities, in addition to support entities that map to the sales processes in place at a company.
