On May 18, 2022, Microsoft announced some important upcoming changes to our outsourcing and hosting licensing and terms to better support customer and partner needs. On October 1, 2022, Microsoft will implement major revisions and upgrades that will benefit hosting partners and customers globally. Partners will be empowered to sell to customers the licenses and subscriptions necessary for partners to build customized and hosted solutions, including desktop solutions.
