New tool: Volume Licensing Central Collection

A new end-to-end tool, Volume Licensing Central, will improve and simplify the VL experience for our partners. This tool will focus on digital assistance, self-serve capabilities, and better productivity and process efficiency, and will be launched on November 7, 2022. These resources will help you get to know the tool and discover how it will improve your end-to-end experience as a VL partner.

The first capabilities of the new Volume Licensing (VL) Central tool, the My Cases and Support and User Management workspaces, are now available:
