New Training Services Partner Onboarding Update
Hello new TSPs. We are currently updating the onboarding process to provide better communications around process and timing. While we work to update, please send me a private message if you have completed the onboarding form and you are currently waiting on a response. I anticipate this workaround to last for a few weeks and for us to have a new process in place in January. Once the update is complete and the normal process resumes, I will delete this thread. Updated 6/26/25 (Final Update) DP-600, DP-601, DP-602, DP-603, DP-604, DP-700, and DP-900 have all been brought back online. There may be additional development by your Authorized Lab Hoster so please reach out to your provider directly for availability. Updated 3/28/25 DP-203, DP-3011, DP-3012, DP-3014 are online. DP-900 is online, but Lab #3 continues to be impacted. On this month's community call (3/26) we announced that DP-600, DP-601, DP-602, DP-603, DP-604 are still offline with an ETA to have them all up by June. We'll revisit the update again on the April community call. ORIGINAL POST: Hello partners, Many Data Platform labs have been taken offline at all lab hosters for newly discovered required fixes. The following labs are not currently available: DP-203 DP-3011 DP-3012 DP-3014 DP-600 DP-601 DP-602 DP-603 DP-604 DP-900 remains online, but Lab #3 is currently impacted by this outage. DP-3020 is not impacted. Lab hosters are reaching out to instructors who are scheduled to deliver the impacted course. We don't currently have an ETA but will update here as we know more.
How to download Microsoft Learning Partner Logo or badge
I am a Microsoft Learning Partner, but I don't know where to download the latest Microsoft Learning Partner Logo or badge. Currently, on the MCCP website, there are logos available for download for Microsoft partners, but they do not include the wording "Learning Partner." Can you please tell me where I can download the latest Microsoft Learning Partner Logo or badge?
Unable to update partner profile, verification still rejected
Like a lot of users, since the recent updates for the EU Digital Services Act compliance status, I'm stuck in the verification process for my company. I used to be able to publish my app in the store before, and despite a lot of tries, answers provided by Vetting Team is mind blowing. I'm not able to clearly understand if I have a problem regarding my Partner Center / Azure account, I'm not able to update anymore my partner center profile because I have the following error. And all the messages regarding the Vetting Team are not clear. We don't understand informations to provide, they used acronym in mail (for example : IVX). We have business to run so please can you provide real effective support, it's been three months that I try to update the situation. It drives me crazy!Blocked from Migrating Entra App from Personal to Org Tenant (Production Use, Partner Account)
We’re a Microsoft partner with a verified organizational tenant and a live Outlook connector currently in production with a sizable user base. Unfortunately, due to historical setup, the Entra authentication app supporting this connector was registered under a personal Microsoft account. Microsoft support informed us that application migration between accounts is no longer supported, and directed us to the community for visibility and possible product escalation. What We’re Asking For: A manual reassignment or supported workaround for this authentication app to be transferred to our organizational tenant Or at minimum, guidance on how to support existing users during a parallel rebuild, with minimal disruption We understand this may be an edge case, but for partners with live customer-facing apps originally built under personal accounts, we believe there’s value in revisiting the policy — or offering a migration pathway. If there’s a path to escalate this to the relevant Entra or Commercial Marketplace team, we would sincerely appreciate that support. Thanks in advance.MCT New and Renewing MCTs - Update May 29

Azure Marketplace - Could not Create marketplace item
I am trying to create a marketplace offering on Azure. After successfully going through the publishing process, when I click on my offering I just see this: The "Preview" works fine though. Unusual Microsoft CSP Delivery Question
Dear Community, One of my customers has encountered a reseller offering 'non-assignable' CSP licenses (Office LTSC Standard 2024), claiming they are provided as new licenses through the official CSP distribution channel. However, the licenses are not assigned to the customer's existing tenant account, and the software is not accessed or managed via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. What is delivered: A PDF file containing the product key (unverifiable via VAMT; no results returned) An ISO installation file for Office LTSC 2024 Standard, provided via a link to the seller's SharePoint storage Screenshots from the seller's M365 Admin Center profile displaying a 'billing account' allegedly associated with the customer. However, the billing account type is not specified A message sent to the customer from email address removed for privacy reasons stating: "Your organization has accepted the Microsoft Customer Agreement". No credentials to the Microsoft tenant are provided to the customer This setup appears suspicious for obvious reasons, and I would appreciate a second opinion. Question: Is it even possible to deliver CSP licenses to a specific customer without granting them access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center?New FY26 incentive guidelines
Hope someone can share some insights on this, as Microsoft is publishing conflicting messages. Starting October, Microsoft will change the incentive requirements for partners. In the announcement it is stated that partners will earn incentives if they have 25 points in EACH solution area. Source: May 2025 announcements - Partner Center announcements | Microsoft Learn In other presentations published, it stated 25 points in a SPECIFIC solutions area. Source: Microsoft Commerce Incentive Resources Conflicting messages from Microsoft, so which is it? The nuance is a big difference for partners. I'd assume the latter is correct. Also note that the incentives will be split further between solution areas. And note the increased thresholds for Direct Bill partners. Cheers, Martijn

My account process is currently at this stage I want to Obtain hardware authentication authorization(for WHQL) When I clicked the Fix Now button, another webpage popped up I used this AU10TIX service to verify and submitted physical ID card, but it keeps failing. what should i do to verify my account?
Partner center verification status
Hi I'm assistant at the Qubitpilot company. We can't get partner status. Everything went wrong at the Accoutnt cerification status step- "Rejected". The "fix now" button is not active. We have written to support many times, called the Microsoft hotline, the problem has not been solved for 2 weeks. What should we do? We urgently need to solve this problem. We've open the tickets 3 times but they wer closed down or not answered.Partner Registration Penalty Box
I'm trying to register as a partner but getting an error stating "http://www.microsoftintegrity.com/. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked. If you require further information please reach out to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=868372 with reference number: XXXXXXX" The problem is I can't get into the Partner Portal, as I'm not yet a partner, to raise said support request. I've tried to request resolution through Office 365 portal, hoping they'd facilitate contact with partner support but they seem to be confused as to how to facilitate the connection. I have no clue why I'm getting this error as I use the DUNS lookup to provide company information. I've also entered it in by hand.
