Teamflect in Microsoft Teams turns fragmented HR into one continuous, integrated process
The company discovered and purchased Teamflect through the Microsoft Teams app catalog. Teamflect’s mission is to make people management seamless by meeting employees where they already work: inside the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
"When it came to being able to be part of the Microsoft ecosystem and specifically with Teams, that was absolutely essential," said Will O'Brien, CEO, Ultimate Technologies Group. "When we came across Teamflect and saw how it integrates seamlessly with all the different tools in Microsoft, we knew that we had our fit."
Also available in Microsoft Marketplace, the Teamflect performance management platform works natively in Teams and Outlook. It serves organizations of all sizes by unifying goal setting, performance reviews, 360 feedback, employee engagement surveys, individual development plans, and talent management into a single integrated experience.
As Teamflect integrates with Teams and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, it empowers employees to manage their goals, receive feedback, complete self-assessments, and participate in surveys without leaving the applications they use every day.
What O’Brien describes as “one big process” starts with strategic planning and cascading objectives through the organization, flows through execution tracking, and culminates in performance assessment and compensation decisions. For example, goals set at the beginning of the year now automatically flow into performance appraisals, eliminating the copy-paste cycle and sending a clear signal to employees that what they commit to will be what they’re measured on.
"With Teamflect, the objective setting process, those goals set at the beginning of the year automatically move right over to the performance appraisal," O'Brien said. "It gives a message to our people that what they commit to really matters."
