No plans are available for the selected subscription
I've set up a SaaS offer in the Azure Marketplace and created a free plan for testing purposes. However, when attempting to subscribe to the offer, I encounter an issue: No plans are available for the selected subscription, despite configuring both yearly and monthly plans. Additionally, a paid plan has been configured. Please see the screenshot below for reference.2.8KViews1like21CommentsAzure Consumption / Microsoft CSP Maximum Earning
Hi Everyone, We're working through our Microsoft focused sales plan, and I have a couple of questions around the Maximum earning potential for each of these incentive programmes. CSP NCE Maximum incentive earning opportunity = $93,750. Maximum earning opportunity per customer tenant ID, per product group, per lever, per partner Does this mean that per any given customer transacting with us as an indirect reseller, can earn upto $93,750 or is this a per partner limit where our entire business can only earn upto $93,750? Azure Consumption Maximum incentive earning opportunity = $80k USD Maximum Earning Opportunities at per engagement term, per partner, per subscription level Same question as above, is this a limit for our entire company or per any given subscription for any given customer? Thanks for your help!47Views0likes2CommentsNew Co-sell Coaching episode with Contentsquare on June 18

Microsoft's verification and support system is absolutely appalling. Despite providing every piece of required information for my company, their system continues to reject my verification attempts. I've gone above and beyond by paying extra to create additional email accounts in the format email address removed for privacy reasons. I've submitted QR-coded invoices officially verified by government authorities. Our WHOIS data is current and accurate. My name matches perfectly across all documentation and our DUNS number is correct. Yet, I keep receiving the same frustrating response: "This is because the primary contact details did not match." When I reach out through their official support channels, it takes them five days just to respond. It's been two months now, and I'm still waiting for approval just to register. It's absurd that such a large company maintains such a disastrous system. All they need to do is verify real users directly without relying on AI algorithms. They're so focused on automating everything with artificial intelligence that they've created a dysfunctional process. Despite all their technology, humans still remain superior at handling these verification tasks, yet Microsoft seems determined to automate a process they haven't properly designed.OV Subscription and M365
Hi Microsoft Community, at the Moment we the following situation with one of our Customers from Germany. The customer has two differrent types of contracts at the Moment, one is a M365 contract and the other one is an Open Value Supscription contract. As an attachment to this E-Mail i share the actual licenses of the Customer with you. The customer has the follwing licenses: M365: 1x Dynamics 365 Customer Voice for Teachers 200x Microsoft 365 A3 for Teachers 5600x Microsoft 365 A3 for Students 5x Microsoft 365 A5 for Teachers 100x Microsoft Teams Telefon Standard for Teachers 25x Microsoft Viva-Suite for Teachers 5x Planner for Project Plan 3 for Teachers 3x Planner for Project Plan 5 for Teachers OV- Subscription: 200 FTE; MS Core CAL Client Access License Suite, incl. Software Assurance. 2x MS Exchange Server Standard, incl. Software Assurance. 200 FTE; MS Project Professional incl. Software Assurance 200 FTE; MS Visio Professional Enterprise Device, incl. Software Assurance 25x MS Windows Remote Desktop Services User CAL 1x MS SQL Server Standard Edition, incl. Software Assurance 2x MS SQL Server Standard Core, incl. Software Assurance, 2 Licenses 320 Cores; MS Windows Server Standard, incl. Software Assurance 48 Cores; MS Windows Server Datacenter Core incl. Software Assurance The customer is a school and can participate at the Microsoft Education programm. Since the last partner of the customerdidnt do a good consulting job and wasnt able to answer the questions of the customer properly, he is now very sensitive about some questions he has. Maybe you can help us with those questions too: With the Microsoft 365 A3 License for Teachers or Students there also comes a Windows 10/11 Desktop Operation System Upgrade to Windows 10/11 Education/Enterprise. Is there a proper Operations system like Windows 11 Pro OEM needed to install the Windows 11 Education Edition on the PCs or can the customer also buy Systems without any Microsoft Operation Systems and install the Windows 11 Education license directly on the Device? To open up a Open Value Subscription Contract there are qualified Products needed. In this case its the Microsoft Core CALs. Are they always needed or is it possible to open a Contract without them? Cause the CALs would already been licensed about the Microsoft 365 A3 Licenses. Is it still true, that when you License all FTEs in a Open Value Subscription contract that you can Provide all those Licenese for the Students too, for example: Visio, Project, Windows Server? If yes, how can the Students get those licenses? Is there still a Microsoft Portal where they can sign up with their school account and can Download those Licenses? Thanks for your help. The entire system is an utter shambles. Just look at the number of posts form partners worldwide who have been partners for years yet now can no longer get verified. I too have been a partner for over 20 years and I've been trying since October last year to get these issues fixed. Wasn't an issue until I signed up to the CSP program. I truly wish I hadn't bothered. I have been round and round and round. I have submitted every document under the sun. Articles of Incorporation, Certificate of Incorporation, Letter on headed paper, DUNS certificate, Bank Statements. I just constantly get back that "the documents do not match the information you entered for your account" I raise support tickets, I email, they don't read them properly, they just send a standard response back. You reply to the response email and then get an email back saying "Deleted Not Read" so they are clearly ignoring anyone's responses to their meaningless emails. The portal doesn't work properly, it displays conflicting information. The Fix Now buttons don't work. I get an email stating my CSP is verified but my MPN ID isn't. Then I check on the portal and it says both are unverified. So how can they send an email saying its verified and then the portal says it isn't? I email and ask, they respond with "the documents do not match the information you entered for your account" I ask them on email please be clear about what they want changing, they respond with "the documents do not match the information you entered for your account" They are like particularly dim robots. They haven't a clue, and they don't care. This is what happens when you outsource. Microsoft are happy to take your money but it seems they no longer want to have their small business partners. Why don't they just own up and say rather than getting rid of us all by wearing us down by this method? If they cared they would engage properly and have someone from the Team involved in this forum rather than poor Jill who is not part of the verification team and has to field all these postings. I am utterly tired of the whole thing and seriously just considering ditching the entire partner program. Who needs the constant stress and mental anguish!Solved2.2KViews10likes18CommentsRequirement: Users with administrative roles in the customer tenants must use MFA
I have 4 customers who are showing as not meeting this requirement, I know one of the 4 that we're working with the customer to resolve but the other 3 I cannot for the life of me locate. The majority of our customers we are the sole admin so they are easy but when I click on Insights I get: No. of Admins with MFA enabled. No of Users With MFA Enabled. No of Users (this appears to includ blocked\disabled and maybe guests?) I can't actually tell which tenant has an Admin with MFA not enabled from this data if they have more than one user with a privlidged role. So I created a spreadsheet and went through each tenant and within Entra I looked at their Identity Security Score and one of the requirements within their score is: Ensure multifactor authentication is enabled for all users in administrative roles And besides the one customer I know of who has an 8/10 score, all my other customers have a 10/10 score. I've gone through each customer that I am aware of that could have more than one user with an admin role and any that were transferred to us from another CSP and looked at the Role assignments in Entra and I just cannot locate these remaining 3. I'm stuck at at an overall Security Score of 71.43% becuase i can't get any of the 20 points for this requirements until its 100% complete. What we really need is an additional column in the insights "No. of Admins" so we can at least identify the offending clients as without GDAP access to the customer I would not be able to look at any of the Role assignments or the tenant Identity Security Score and not even be aware of who is bringing me undone with the information provided. I'm going to go through ALL customers again for the third time looking at role assignments for any that might have been missed on the first 2 passes I did, I might even get someone other than me to do it with fresh eyes but its pretty easy to locate as you can sort by the No. of Users assigned to the role so I can't see how I've missed it. We really just need the tools to manage and audit ourselves e.g. that extra column, would make this a < 5 minute job to audit ourselves against this requirement and also I do beleive in this requirement is an important one, i'm not against it, it just needs to be managable\maintainable.Modifying Plan Minimum Number of Users for Private Offers
Hi, I’m curious to know if there are any plans to allow ISVs to modify the Minimum Users/Seats when creating a private offer, even if that value differs from the limits defined in the corresponding public plan. At present, it appears private offers must stay within the min/max seat range configured in the public plan. However, there are strategic opportunities where we may need to override the minimum user count (e.g., to accommodate a smaller pilot or proof of concept for a large customer). Thanks, TimHELP!!!!
