Updated May 5. Our renewal and enrollment tool is not available yet. The renewal tool will be released first in the next few weeks, followed by the new enrollment tool. Although it is the same tool, we are rolling it out in stages. I will update this post as soon as the tool gets released. Thank you for your patience. I need to clarify if a Power Apps Premium licensed user can create, edit and close opportunities. -> Sales tables (Lead,Opportunity, Quote...) are not listed 2. Also would it be possible for a Power Pages Authenticated (internal User) to close a case. -> It says about "Power Apps, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio licensed" but Power Page is not listed. I see the announcement in Partner Center Announcements that the 3Yr Term for ME3 and ME5 will be available in June and there is an FAQ, but it says I don't have permissions to access. Can anyone else access this? Also, does anyone know what the liability is for the Partner? When I look at the billing terms documentation for 3Yr terms, it was last updated April 25th and is very specific to Dynamics. It does state that a partner can cancel during the term, but again, is that specific to Dynamics or is that an option for the new SKUs as well?Updated MPA - Extended Term & Opt Out Explanation
Dear community, We are an Indirect Provider in CSP and we have been reviewing the updated version of the MPA that is available for review in Partner Center. As we were reading it, we saw a new clause. more specifically clause 8 (g) in page 43 that describes that and I quote "Extended Term for Expiring Subscriptions. If a Software Subscription or seat-based OLS Subscription is not renewed at the end of the subscription term, access to the applicable Software or OLS will continue following expiration for 30 days and may continue thereafter for successive one-month periods until cancelled (“Extended Term”). Microsoft reserves the right to invoice Company for the Extended Term at the then-current published price for a monthly subscription plus a three (3) percent uplift. If it does, Microsoft will provide Company with an opportunity to opt out of the Extended Term prior to the expiration date and request instead that the applicable Subscription either be renewed automatically or disabled immediately upon expiration. Company will have 90 days to extract Customer Data from a disabled account, but the Subscription cannot be reactivated." Following the above new clause, could please help us understand the following two questions: Does the "Extended Term" as described above include the 30 first days after the expiration of a subscription or not? Could you please enlighten us on the way that this "opt out opportunity" will be systematically implemented? How will we be able to utilize this opportunity for our partners/indirect resellers? When the enrollment process reports that applications have been rejected, the recommendations are never specific to the issue. As I was completing the business verification process, the responses sent were always the same, Microsoft never stated specifically that my issue was that the address I used to apply had to be the same as the address on the articles of incorporation. For my enrollment application, and all other documents, I used my corporation's PO box, which is not the same as on the articles of incorporation. I finally realized after just receiving responses with the same rejection language that I needed to change the address I use to start the enrollment process to the address on the articles of incorporation or if the address changed since incorporating, the registered change of address of the corporation. I hope this is helpful, as the onboarding process to become a Microsoft Partner isn't.Can't pass business verification and contact support
Business verification. I'm completely lost. Don't want to talk how bad is MPN. Just want to say that getting tax residency paperwork from IRS was a breeze comparing to to MPN. I think I owe IRS an apology. I passed employee verification and stuck at business verification. Provided everything they asked, including DUNS, etc It says : EU Digital Services Act compliance status Learn more Non-compliant We have received required information but it cannot be verified successfully. Learn how to fix your account to get verified. When I follow the link it sends me from one AI "explanation" to another. "Fix now" offers "Upload another file" only. Of course, I don't know what they want. Uploaded everything And here is the problem. I can't submit support ticket. I follow every possible link provided here (and from google search as well). It brings me to "Copilot recommended solution" without even an option to submit a support ticket. When I press "Contact support" button at the bottom of "AI help" window it brings me back to the circles of Dante Inferno by Microsoft AI Any help is greatly appreciatedMicrosoft Store Developer registration

Hello. We're indirect provider and we need to provide support for end customers who purchased perpetual software licenses. When they hit the limit of software activation we need to create support ticket for them and provide software key so support can increase the limit of activation. Problem is that when we want to generate key in Partner Center we get following error message: We are unable to validate your 'Get Key' request at this time. Be advised anonymous connections are not allowed for this service. If you believe you received this message in error, please try your request again. If the issue persists, contact support and reference message code 715-123220 and Transaction ID: e687a1d1-ca1a-422e-a4d5-ae06b6cd711e. We talked with support and checked multiple sources of support but we're told to use different browser, incognito mode, to not use VPN, check permissions and so on. We've tried all of suggestions in different environments and users but we're still not able to generate keys and provide support to customers. I've been trying to get my business verified. It's a maddening process and the support "people" don't appear to understand how dates work. I sent our VAT registration document - too old (well it's as old as the company is as you'd expect and couldn't be more proof that it exists legally). So I sent our bank statements for March 2025. I get a response that says that's too old. I ask them to look at it again as it's literally last month. Then I get this response today: "...The document that you have provided is no longer valid since it was issued for the period (01/03/2025 - 31/03/2025). Kindly share with us a more recent document. All documents submitted should be issued within the previous 12 months or where the expiration date is a future date that is at least 2 months away."
