SC-400 Exam Retake
Good Evening Microsoft Support, Hope you are well. On Friday I took exam SC-400: Microsoft Information Protection and Compliance Administrator on Pearson Vue online. The test was very different from the Microsoft practice exam. I paid $165 for the exam and felt that I was severely prepared. I would like to retake the exam, but do not think it is fair to have to pay for another exam seeing as it was nothing like the modules or the practice exams. I also would like to know what tools I could use for mastering the Pearson Vue exam better. Thank youNeed Help to Reschedule My DP-100 Certification Exam After OnVUE Check-In Issue
Hello Community, I need your kind support regarding an issue I faced with my Microsoft certification exam. I had registered for the DP-100 - Designing and Implementing a Data Science Solution on Azure - English (ENU) exam. I tried to check in through OnVUE 30 minutes before my scheduled time, as instructed. However, during the check-in process, I encountered a laptop camera issue, which caused a delay. By the time I resolved the issue, the check-in window had closed, and I was not allowed to take the exam. The message shown was: "OnVUE check-in cannot be started at this time." It also said that I may have missed the appointment or completed the exam, but I never got to write the exam at all. After this, I was advised to reschedule the exam. However, when I log in to my Microsoft dashboard, the DP-100 certification is no longer visible, and I have no option to reschedule. I also contacted Microsoft support, and they directed me here to the Microsoft Certification Community for help. I’m confused and disappointed, as I prepared for this exam and now I don’t know what steps to take. Please guide me on how I can: Retrieve my exam information Reschedule the DP-100 exam Get support in such situations when there is no live assistance available Thank you in advance for your help and understanding.Microsoft 365 Business Premium grant is being discontinued

We just got this email from Microsoft: Microsoft Partner Agreement (“MPA”) and Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (“CSP”) notice of suspension and termination proceedings This is regarding your company’s Microsoft CSP account with tenant ID XXXX The problem is that behind this ID is our Azure subscription with all our services and data. There is no option to reply to the email to understand what happened. We are a small company from the US working on SAAS products. We have CSP agreements from 2018 that are renewed each year. I checked what could be wrong and went through all: The account seems ok and is verified Security in Entra ID is ok; security defaults are enabled We tried to ask for support, but the issue is unclear. They mention: In the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Agreement, both Microsoft and our partners reserve the right to walk away from the partner relationship by providing 30 days' notice to the other. Neither party is required to offer an explanation for the decision to terminate the partner agreement. As Microsoft is exercising its rights under this section 4.b of the Microsoft AI Cloud Program Agreement, we are unable to share an explanation or further details. Can anyone help here?OV Subscription and M365
Hi Microsoft Community, at the Moment we the following situation with one of our Customers from Germany. The customer has two differrent types of contracts at the Moment, one is a M365 contract and the other one is an Open Value Supscription contract. As an attachment to this E-Mail i share the actual licenses of the Customer with you. The customer has the follwing licenses: M365: 1x Dynamics 365 Customer Voice for Teachers 200x Microsoft 365 A3 for Teachers 5600x Microsoft 365 A3 for Students 5x Microsoft 365 A5 for Teachers 100x Microsoft Teams Telefon Standard for Teachers 25x Microsoft Viva-Suite for Teachers 5x Planner for Project Plan 3 for Teachers 3x Planner for Project Plan 5 for Teachers OV- Subscription: 200 FTE; MS Core CAL Client Access License Suite, incl. Software Assurance. 2x MS Exchange Server Standard, incl. Software Assurance. 200 FTE; MS Project Professional incl. Software Assurance 200 FTE; MS Visio Professional Enterprise Device, incl. Software Assurance 25x MS Windows Remote Desktop Services User CAL 1x MS SQL Server Standard Edition, incl. Software Assurance 2x MS SQL Server Standard Core, incl. Software Assurance, 2 Licenses 320 Cores; MS Windows Server Standard, incl. Software Assurance 48 Cores; MS Windows Server Datacenter Core incl. Software Assurance The customer is a school and can participate at the Microsoft Education programm. Since the last partner of the customerdidnt do a good consulting job and wasnt able to answer the questions of the customer properly, he is now very sensitive about some questions he has. Maybe you can help us with those questions too: With the Microsoft 365 A3 License for Teachers or Students there also comes a Windows 10/11 Desktop Operation System Upgrade to Windows 10/11 Education/Enterprise. Is there a proper Operations system like Windows 11 Pro OEM needed to install the Windows 11 Education Edition on the PCs or can the customer also buy Systems without any Microsoft Operation Systems and install the Windows 11 Education license directly on the Device? To open up a Open Value Subscription Contract there are qualified Products needed. In this case its the Microsoft Core CALs. Are they always needed or is it possible to open a Contract without them? Cause the CALs would already been licensed about the Microsoft 365 A3 Licenses. Is it still true, that when you License all FTEs in a Open Value Subscription contract that you can Provide all those Licenese for the Students too, for example: Visio, Project, Windows Server? If yes, how can the Students get those licenses? Is there still a Microsoft Portal where they can sign up with their school account and can Download those Licenses? Thanks for your help. I've been trying to get my business verified. It's a maddening process and the support "people" don't appear to understand how dates work. I sent our VAT registration document - too old (well it's as old as the company is as you'd expect and couldn't be more proof that it exists legally). So I sent our bank statements for March 2025. I get a response that says that's too old. I ask them to look at it again as it's literally last month. Then I get this response today: "...The document that you have provided is no longer valid since it was issued for the period (01/03/2025 - 31/03/2025). Kindly share with us a more recent document. All documents submitted should be issued within the previous 12 months or where the expiration date is a future date that is at least 2 months away." I'm beyond understanding how they think last month is over 12 months ago. Somebody please help me. Support ID 2503270040004554Microsoft's Verification and Support System
Microsoft's verification and support system is absolutely appalling. Despite providing every piece of required information for my company, their system continues to reject my verification attempts. I've gone above and beyond by paying extra to create additional email accounts in the format email address removed for privacy reasons. I've submitted QR-coded invoices officially verified by government authorities. Our WHOIS data is current and accurate. My name matches perfectly across all documentation and our DUNS number is correct. Yet, I keep receiving the same frustrating response: "This is because the primary contact details did not match." When I reach out through their official support channels, it takes them five days just to respond. It's been two months now, and I'm still waiting for approval just to register. It's absurd that such a large company maintains such a disastrous system. All they need to do is verify real users directly without relying on AI algorithms. They're so focused on automating everything with artificial intelligence that they've created a dysfunctional process. Despite all their technology, humans still remain superior at handling these verification tasks, yet Microsoft seems determined to automate a process they haven't properly designed.Join the Fabric Partner Community for the next Fabric Engineering Connection calls!

Hope Microsoft can clarify this statement for the new FY26 incentives guides. As Microsoft will introduce an incentive payout change for partners that perform a change of channel (COCP). Does this mean, eg.; if a Direct Bill partner transitions towards becoming a Indirect Reseller, will they lose all incentives (as it's basically a COCP from Direct Bill to Distributor)? For how long are these incentives withhold? For both the Disti and the new Indirect Reseller? All customers? Other example; a Indirect Reseller transitioning from Disti x to Disti Y. Will they again lose all incentives? Both the Disti(s) and the Reseller? How long, all customers, etc.? Last example; a customer transitioning from Indirect Reseller / Direct Bill partner x to Indirect Reseller / Direct Bill partner y. Will the Indirect Reseller (and Disti(?)) / Direct Bill partner lose incentives of this customer? This would have massive impacts in the market and would render the CSP Transfer Request basically capability obsolete, as no Direct Bill or Indirect Reseller would ever change COCP anymore due to loosing incentives. Cheers, MartijnSolvedMicrosoft CSP - Indirect Reseller Status is Suspended and Can't Get Fixed
I am in a very bad spot with our indirect reseller Microsoft account and am hoping that maybe someone out there might be able to help me. In mid May, I placed an order with Pax8 for a new customer and the order was rejected by Microsoft with the error, "Associated partner LegalBusinessProfile NotFound." It turns out that when we moved offices and I updated our business's address at partner.microsoft.com, Microsoft de-authorized our partner status, which I didn't catch, and then put our Cloud Service Provider (CSP) indirect reseller program into "Suspended" status after some time. In the partner center, I was able to get our legal business profile fixed easy enough - I just had to open a ticket and send them some legal documentation. Everything under the "Partner" tab in the Partner Portal is now green checkboxes and "Authorized". Pax8 tried the provisioning again, and got the same error. It turns out that our "Indirect Reseller status" is now "Suspended" and this wasn't changed when the "Partner" status was fixed. Microsoft has a webpage that describes why this can happen and what to do to get it fixed at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/account-settings/suspended-partner-center-account . It says, "Microsoft suspends Partner Center accounts for Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program when: Significant account abuse is detected Your vetting status is Rejected for more than 30 days" We haven't had any account abuse (mercifully, our existing tenants are still operational and being billed for through Pax8), so our vetting status was almost certainly to blame. That same document says, "If you are sure that your account is compliant and should be moved back to Active state, contact Support for help with reactivating your account," so I opened a ticket with Microsoft. Actually, 3 tickets so far, because every single one has the same copy-and-paste reply: Thank you for contacting Microsoft Partner support about the suspension of the CSP account. In the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Agreement, both Microsoft and our partners reserve the right to walk away from the partner relationship by providing 30 days' notice to the other. The notice of suspension and termination proceeding was provided April 2024. Neither party is required to offer an explanation for the decision to terminate the partner agreement. As Microsoft is exercising its rights under this section 4.b of the Microsoft AI Cloud Program Agreement, we are unable to share an explanation or further details. Thanks, I can't get anywhere with Microsoft support. We just landed a big customer and need to set up their tenant. I am afraid that if this goes on much longer or if somehow we are unable to add any more customers to our Pax8 account, that we'll lose this customer, which is large enough to really hurt the business. Does anyone here have any ideas on how to get through to someone at Microsoft that could help with this situation? Does anyone else have any other ideas on what else we could try? Some additional notes: When clicking "Agreements" in the partner portal, we get an error message, "Service unavailable. Something went wrong. Please try reloading the page, if this problem persists please contact Microsoft support." Everything in Legal Info/Partner looks good. Our "Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program status" is "Active". Everything in Legal Info/Reseller looks good except that "Indirect Reseller status" shows "Suspended". Under Identifiers/Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, I have 1 PartnerGlobal ID and 2 PartnerLocation IDs, corresponding to our old and new addresses. Do I need to delete the old PartnerLocation ID? I haven't done so because it looks like this step is irreversible but I am getting desperate enough to try it. Our "Company profile" is not filled out, but the "Update" button stays grayed out after I fill in the information and it appears that I am unable to update this. I thought that maybe I just needed to sign the "Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Agreement" again, but I can't find anywhere on the partner portal where I would do so. I went through my emails exhaustively and we did not receive a, "notice of suspension and termination proceeding" in April 2024, or any other time for that matter. I can't find a copy of the Microsoft AI Cloud Program Agreement to even see what section 4.b says. I've dealt with government bureaucracies a lot in my career, but I've never experienced a Kafkaesque situation 10% as bad as this one. This is probably the most stressful thing I've dealt with in this business in the last decade. This could destroy our business if I can't get this sorted out. Sorry for the wall of text, but I tried to include as much detail as possible and it got long. If you got to this point in my post, thank you for helping or trying to help me. The latest ticket ID we have from Microsoft is 2406050040012239SolvedModifying Plan Minimum Number of Users for Private Offers
Hi, I’m curious to know if there are any plans to allow ISVs to modify the Minimum Users/Seats when creating a private offer, even if that value differs from the limits defined in the corresponding public plan. At present, it appears private offers must stay within the min/max seat range configured in the public plan. However, there are strategic opportunities where we may need to override the minimum user count (e.g., to accommodate a smaller pilot or proof of concept for a large customer).
