TokyWoky helps L’Oréal Paris

L’Oréal Paris was looking for an easy and low-cost way to engage with its customers online, learn more about shopping behavior and preferences, and improve the conversion rate.

"I am particularly impressed by the willingness and the effectiveness of Microsoft to help us on the development of our company. It is a real accelerator."

Timothée Deschamps, COO, TokyWoky

TokyWoky deployed a crowd-sourced CRM tool on the L’Oréal Paris website. The tool, which runs on Microsoft Azure, helps website visitors get real-time insights and answers from fellow users of L’Oréal beauty products. Microsoft published a video demonstration of the solution, featuring L’Oréal and TokyWoky. The next evolution of the tool will use Power BI to generate data reports to learn more about visitor concerns and transformations. TokyWoky’s relationship with Microsoft has helped it acquire several new customers, including L’Oréal Paris and Lancôme Paris. According to TokyWoky COO Timothée Deschamps, partnering with Microsoft has allowed TokyWoky to “make contact with people in these companies who would not normally be accessible.”
