So that end customers can transact through commercial marketplace, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) can now extend private offers to them. As part of this release, ISVs can:  
- Extend a private offer to a specific customer within 15 minutes.
- Bundle multiple offers or plans as part of a private offer.
- Use customized pricing to discount the offer either by a monetary amount or by a percentage base.
- Specify customized terms and conditions.
- Specify a customized duration for a deal.
