Hi, we are just in the transition to the new Billing recon API. We noticed that we are able to get data for invoices from the NCE model but not for invoices from legacy CSP. In detail: POST request to https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/reports/partners/billing/usage/billed/export is successful (202 Accepted) The following GET request to https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/reports/partners/billing/operations/[GUID] is successful on the HTTP Layer (200 OK) but the status is failed: { "@odata.context": "https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/$metadata#reports/partners/billing/operations/$entity", "@odata.type": "#microsoft.graph.partners.billing.failedOperation", "id": "...", "createdDateTime": "...", "lastActionDateTime": "...", "status": "failed", "error": { "message": "No reconciliation data available currently for Invoice D.... Please try again later.", "code": "5000" } } The same flow (same auth token, etc.) with a NCE invoice works successful. I didn't find any documentation if legacy CSP is even supported on the new API or not. Maybe someone can confirm this. And if it should work maybe someone can give details to the error recieved above.Training Services Partner Onboarding Status

There appears to be a contradiction in the "Stop Distribution of an Offer or Plan" section of the MS Learn article "Update existing offers in the commercial marketplace." Specifically, the document says: Any customers who previously acquired the offer or plan can still use it but they can't re-download or redeploy. However, the third bullet point beneath that text says: For all offers, once the offer or plans are deprecated, the customer has 90 days of usage. The plain language of these two sentences, taken together, is an apparent contradiction. Which is correct? Can anyone point to unambiguous documentation on the question?SolvedANNOUNCEMENT: Launch of new Copilot campaign, “Be the Pilot”

Dear community, We are an Indirect Provider in CSP and we have been reviewing the updated version of the MPA that is available for review in Partner Center. As we were reading it, we saw a new clause. more specifically clause 8 (g) in page 43 that describes that and I quote "Extended Term for Expiring Subscriptions. If a Software Subscription or seat-based OLS Subscription is not renewed at the end of the subscription term, access to the applicable Software or OLS will continue following expiration for 30 days and may continue thereafter for successive one-month periods until cancelled (“Extended Term”). Microsoft reserves the right to invoice Company for the Extended Term at the then-current published price for a monthly subscription plus a three (3) percent uplift. If it does, Microsoft will provide Company with an opportunity to opt out of the Extended Term prior to the expiration date and request instead that the applicable Subscription either be renewed automatically or disabled immediately upon expiration. Company will have 90 days to extract Customer Data from a disabled account, but the Subscription cannot be reactivated." Following the above new clause, could please help us understand the following two questions: Does the "Extended Term" as described above include the 30 first days after the expiration of a subscription or not? Could you please enlighten us on the way that this "opt out opportunity" will be systematically implemented? How will we be able to utilize this opportunity for our partners/indirect resellers? Kindly asking for your significant help on these points as it is critical for our business decisions to avoid unforeseen costs for our partners. Thank you in advance, NickImmediate Discontinuation of Azure Passes
Important breaking news that has immediate impacts to TSPs delivering courses that currently use an Azure Pass. Effective immediately, Microsoft is discontinuing the use of Azure passes and recalling any Azure Passes in use by students and trainers. Why is Microsoft removing the Azure Pass option? As a part of the commitment to provide the best possible learner experience, Microsoft was in the process of moving away from using Azure passes to provide cloud access to course labs. The lab experience via the Lab Hosters (LH) removes friction for learners (i.e. activation and support considerations) and provides a more uniform training experience for our learners regardless of their location. Recently, Microsoft has experienced a significant increase in potential fraud and unintended use of Azure services, resulting in the immediate discontinuation of Azure Passes. Which courses are impacted by the discontinuation of the Azure Pass? The following course will not have labs available until end of January: SC-200T00: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst Lab Hosters are working quickly to convert the following courses to non-Azure Pass. Please consult directly with your Lab Hoster to find out the status of what they have available. AZ-2001: Implement Security Through a Pipeline Using Azure DevOps AZ-2008: DevOps Foundations: The Core Principles and Practices AZ-400T00: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps solutions SC-300T00: Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator All localized versions of labs for these courses are offline. An ETA on when they will be available will be provided at a later date. Please consult with your Authorized Lab Hosters to see if your delivery will be impacted as a result of not having Azure passes. Additional information can be found in the attached FAQ. DanCommit Units are included in the Azure reservation and Savings plan Lever of Azure CSP motion?

How are other people managing accounts in multiple Partner/CSP tenants? We're a global partner with customers around the world. Microsoft's requirement that customers only be supported by partner/CSP tenants in the customer's region means that we have to create user accounts in many different tenants. This is hard to administer and hard for our staff to use. It would be less of an issue if guest accounts worked, but they don't. Do you manually on/offboard accounts from all the different tenants? Have you purchased a 3rd party M365 tenant administration tool? Have you built your own tenant administration tooling to consolidate these tasks? Your thoughts are appreciated.SolvedWelcome to the Next Era of AI: Intelligent Agents at Scale
