Graphic representation of multiparty offers expanding to new markets.

The way solutions, services, and agents are procured is changing, and partners are shaping what comes next.

As customers accelerate investments in AI, they are looking for solutions that combine technology with expertise, services, and trusted relationships. The most successful technology transformations happen when partners work together to deliver measurable outcomes.

We have continued to invest in Microsoft Marketplace, creating a unified experience while expanding partner-led capabilities like resale enabled offers. Marketplace is how we co-sell together at scale.

Building on this momentum, starting May 27, 2026, multiparty private offers in Marketplace will be available across 30 countries in Europe.¹ This expansion makes it easier for partners to collaborate on deals, simplify transactions, and scale across borders.

We are also continuing to expand beyond Europe, with multiparty private offers becoming available in Australia, Japan, and South Africa starting July 15, 2026.²

“Customer expectations across Europe are continuing to evolve towards localized buying models and requiring faster outcomes. The expansion of the multiparty private offers functionality in Microsoft Marketplace provides us with an additional way to quickly connect the right software, services, and partners in a single offer to support faster time to value for Microsoft customers.”
- Sophie Daval, Director, Hyperscalers Global ArrowSphere, Arrow

Why it matters for partners

Customers want outcomes they can realize quickly, with buying experiences that reflect local buying preferences. At the same time, many businesses operate across multiple countries, which increases complexity for pricing, contracting, billing, and fulfillment.

Multiparty private offers simplify how partners sell together. They provide a way for publishers and channel partners to align on commercial structure and transact through Marketplace, so they can move faster on deals while keeping the customer buying journey simple.

Partner-led growth in the AI era

Customers expect fast value realization from their AI investments. Reaching those outcomes often depends on how effectively the partner ecosystem works together, with clear alignment on value, commercial terms, and execution.

As expectations rise, the ecosystem is moving faster:

  • Publishers need scalable ways to bring solutions and agents to market while accelerating time-to-value.
  • Systems integrators, managed services providers, and resellers need to deliver end-to-end solutions in tight alignment with the way customers buy locally.

As the number of AI products in the market continues to grow, customers are also relying on trusted partner relationships to maximize value and reduce risk. Marketplace provides the foundation for publishers and channel partners to go to market together, supported by continued investment in channel‑led motions such as resale enabled offers and the expansion of multiparty private offers, Marketplace offers a single platform for our ecosystem to sell together.

What this means for publishers

Multiparty private offers give publishers a structured way to scale through channel partners and reach customers more efficiently. This makes it easier to expand into new geographies while staying aligned with local market buying expectations, so teams can remain focused on building differentiated products and scaling go-to-market through trusted partners.

Customers want data protection, AI acceleration, and cyber resilience delivered through trusted partners. Expanding through multiparty private offers in Microsoft Marketplace allows Rubrik to seamlessly collaborate with European channel partners, aligning our data security and AI solutions with how customers prefer to buy. Through Marketplace, we look forward to reaching more organizations, accelerating joint engagements, and delivering stronger business outcomes.
- Chad Blackwell, Vice President of International Channel and Alliances, Rubrik

Multiparty private offers make it possible for publishers to:

  • Expand into new markets using established partner networks and local expertise—without standing up country-specific processes.
  • Accelerate deal velocity through streamlined partner collaboration and unified commercial terms.
  • Scale go-to-market with partners who deliver end-to-end customer solutions.

What this means for channel partners

For channel partners, this expansion creates new opportunities to participate in co-sell through Marketplace.

Multiparty private offers allow partners to procure solutions, services, and agents for their customers while maintaining ownership of the relationship and accelerating customer outcomes.

“For channel partners in Europe, this expansion makes it easier to participate in Marketplace deals in a way that reflects how customers already buy in-region. Multiparty private offers help us combine our customer relationships, industry expertise, and AI transformation capabilities with Microsoft, allowing us to engage earlier, shape stronger joint value propositions, and deliver more impactful outcomes for customers across European markets.”
- Gail Cassells, Managing Director, Global Microsoft Alliance, NTT Data

Multiparty private offers make it possible for channel partners to:

  • Strengthen their position as a trusted advisor, bringing comprehensive solutions to customers.
  • Focus on customer outcomes with streamlined transaction experiences.
  • Drive larger, more strategic engagements to co-sell with Microsoft.

“Expanding our use of Microsoft Marketplace supports how customers already procure technology in region and at scale. Multiparty private offers allow Computacenter to execute cross-border deals more consistently across Europe, combining software, services, and commercial structures in a single motion. This helps us engage earlier, reduce complexity, and deliver outcomes that matter to customers operating across multiple European markets.”
- Debbie Farrell, Partner Director, Computacenter UK Ltd

The next phase of Marketplace growth is partner-led

This expansion reflects a broader shift toward partner-led growth through cloud marketplaces.

Customer demand is accelerating the shift. As AI workloads drive cloud adoption, analysts project the cloud marketplace TAM to reach $163 billion by 2030, with nearly 60% of deals expected to be channel-led.3 With Marketplace adoption accelerating, expanding multiparty private offers across more markets unlocks new opportunities for both publishers and channel partners.

Channel partners can curate the cloud and AI solutions their customers need to differentiate. Publishers can expand into new markets by working with partners who already have local expertise and established customer relationships.

Global expansion with continued investment

We are driving toward broader availability for multiparty private offers, with expansion to Australia, Japan, and South Africa in July and additional countries planned over time. In addition, we are enhancing Marketplace through continued investment in platform capabilities, tooling, and partner enablement.

That includes deeper partner activation, streamlined onboarding, and new co-sell and discovery experiences, so partners can engage early and drive strategic outcomes with customers.

The goal is simple: make Marketplace the best platform to work together, win business, and scale. Marketplace is the platform where the most successful partnerships are built, scaled, and sustained, with commercial infrastructure, co-sell motions, and global reach to support partner-led growth.
