This year, between July 14-18, thousands of partners from more than 130 countries will come together in Las Vegas, Nevada, to connect, collaborate, and celebrate as one community. In 2019, we're looking forward to hosting Microsoft Inspire in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada. The majority of Microsoft Inspire activities, including sessions and The Hub, will be held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Microsoft Inspire Corenotes, and the shared Microsoft Inspire and Microsoft Ready Corenote will be held at the T-Mobile Arena. Then, on Wednesday night, join us at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds for the One Celebration where we’ll bring together attendees of the Microsoft Inspire and Microsoft Ready conferences for one night of unity and fun.
 
Microsoft Ready is Microsoft's annual internal sales, kickoff, celebration, and readiness event. For the second year in a row, we’re co-locating the two conferences to give you more opportunities than ever before to forge new relationships, generate leads, and network with Microsoft employees and other partners.

Yes. The Microsoft Inspire Corenote on Monday, July 15, and the Microsoft Inspire and Microsoft Ready Corenote on July 17 will be live-streamed to the public from microsoft.com/inspire.

The Know Before You Go guide for Microsoft Inspire has been discontinued. However, everything you need to know before, during, and after the event, is easily accessible via our new Microsoft Events mobile app (download here) and on the web at the MyInspire website. These tools will make finding the most impactful connections at Microsoft Inspire easier than ever before.

Providing an added benefit to partners, Microsoft Inspire will be co-located with Microsoft Ready, Microsoft’s annual internal sales kick-off, celebration, and readiness event. Co-locating the two conferences will increase opportunities to develop new relationships, generate leads, and network with Microsoft employees and other partners.

If you have not previously attended Microsoft Inspire, our First-Time Attendee (FTA) program will help you get the most from your experience. Through the FTA program, you’ll have access to mentors and additional assistance before, during, and after the event. You can even start growing your network before you arrive by visiting the Microsoft Inspire website and joining the Microsoft Inspire discussion.

We do not tolerate any behavior that is degrading to any gender, race, sexual orientation or disability, or any behavior that would violate the company's Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination Policy, Equal Employment Opportunity Policy, or Standards of Business Conduct, even if the entertainment is not paid for by Microsoft. In short, the entire experience at the venue must meet our culture standards.

We encourage everyone to assist in creating a welcoming and safe environment. Please report any concerns, harassing behavior, or suspicious or disruptive activity to venue staff, the event host or owner, or the nearest event staff. We also encourage employees to contact their Microsoft Manager or our Business Conduct Hotline (1-877-320-MSFT or buscond@microsoft.com) at any time if you feel a party is against our policy or inconsistent with the Microsoft culture. Outside the United States, call collect to 1-470-219-7087.

Microsoft reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove any person from a party at any time at its sole discretion. We make this policy visible for all Microsoft parties so all attendees can see what is expected and what steps they should take if they see or experience behavior not consistent with this policy.

Registration

You may review and make changes to your registration information by visiting the Registration page. Once you have logged in you may: 

  • Edit or cancel your registration
  • View and print your current confirmation information
  • Create or edit hotel reservations
  • View and print a copy of your current invoice or receipt

Microsoft Inspire Premium Package add-on:

Provides access to a limited number of rooms available at the Delano Las Vegas; a no smoking, no casino, all-suite luxury hotel adjacent and connected to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. 

The Premium Package also includes access to:

  • A dedicated Attendee Check-in desk at The Delano Las Vegas
  • Priority seating in the Corenote

 

By selecting this pass, The Delano Las Vegas will be the only hotel shown for booking on the Hotel page.

*Note that this does not include the cost of the hotel room itself; it only ensures your accommodation at one of the closest hotels to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.

All registration cancellations and downgrades to pass types must be received online or in writing via email to MicrosoftInspire@microsoft.crgevents.com by the dates and times listed below.

All Access pass:

  • Prior to March 16, 2019, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time: full refund minus USD300 processing fee.
  • On or after March 17, 2019: no refund.

Guest Evening Event passes:

A refund will be issued for cancelled evening event passes, unless the registrant has already checked into the conference, at which point no refund will be issued.

  • No refunds for any reason will be issued after September 13, 2019
  • Passes cannot be shared or used by anyone other than the person on the registration; name badges used by anyone other than the actual registrant may be revoked without refund.

Substitutions:

Name change substitutions are allowed for all pass types for the same registration fee. Substitutions (pre-event and onsite) must follow the process below, or the new registrant is subject to paying the current registration fee.

  • The substituting attendee must be from the same company. The original attendee should not cancel the registration.
  • The original attendee must sign in to the active registration account. Select the Substitution option and follow the instructions. The registration team will email the new attendee instructions to complete the substitution.
  • The registration team will facilitate the transfer of hotel reservations through 3:00 PM Pacific Time on Monday, June 17, 2019. Substitutions requested after 3:00 PM Pacific Time on Monday, June 17, 2019 require the attendee to contact the hotel directly with reservation changes and cancellations.
  • The registrant is responsible for canceling or changing travel arrangements.

When five (5) or more attendees from the same company using the same MPN partner ID purchase the Microsoft Inspire Partner All Access pass, Microsoft will provide a USD200 refund off the fifth (5th) through the tenth (10th) registrants' registration fee. Maximum company discount: USD1200.

  • Registrants paying the All Access pre-registration fees or above are eligible (i.e. anyone who has paid USD1695 or above).
  • A company can receive no more than six (6) total discounts.
  • Refunds will be processed based on the MPN Partner ID associated with the registration. Partner IDs cannot be added or updated after July 18, 2019. Registrants from different companies using the same Partner ID are not eligible for the discount. 
  • Cancelled registrations do not count toward this discount.
  • This refund cannot be combined with any other discounted registration fees (price points lower than USD1695), cannot be applied to day passes, and does not apply to sponsor or exhibitor codes.
  • Refunds are provided post-event via the same method of payment used. Refunds will be provided to individuals based on the date registered. No refunds for any reason will be issued after September 13, 2019.

 

Each person that registers MUST provide a matching valid MPN ID. Without a matching valid MPN ID, a refund cannot be provided.

 

With small businesses in mind, we offer payment plans to make registering your attendees for Microsoft Inspire even easier.

  • Payment plans require an initial payment of USD1000 to confirm your registration.
  • Your remaining balance can be paid in installments of USD500, until the remaining balance due is less than USD500.
  • Payment plans must be requested by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on April 19, in order to secure the current All Access pass price point.

Payment is due in full by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on June 3, 2019. Registration fees not received in full by June 1, 2019, are subject to the next appropriate All Access pass price point.

Registration codes are used to ensure registrants see certain questions and pages during the online registration process or provide registrants with different price points. If you believe you require a code, contact your Microsoft representative or account manager.

Are registration codes required?

  • A registration code is not required. All registrants will be prompted to enter the code at the beginning of the registration process. If you do not have a registration code, select the “I do not have a registration code” option.

 

I have a registration code but would like more information on what it provides.

 

My registration code is not working, or I forgot to enter my registration code.

 

I need to change the registration code listed on my account.

  • Email the following information to the Microsoft Inspire registration team. The registration team will contact you within one (1) business day.
    • Your name and contact information
    • What code are you using now?
    • What code would you like to use?
    • Have you already entered your code into a partial or completed registration?

 

Business Travel Support (Visa) Letters

To receive a Business Travel Support letter, you must have a completed Microsoft Inspire registration and have paid in full (if applicable).

Business Travel Support letters for both partner and Microsoft attendees will be available for direct download from the Confirmation page of your registration.

To download a letter, log in or create a registration on the registration website. Ensure you’ve proceeded through all steps to complete your registration. From the Confirmation page, select the "Download Business Travel Support Letter" option from the Quick Links section. Upon submitting the required fields, you will be presented the option to "Download Letter."

Business Travel Support Letters for Guests
The Microsoft Inspire registration team can only provide letters to registered attendees of Microsoft Inspire. Letters cannot be provided to guests.

Travel Requirements
To ensure you have the proper travel documentation, please review the travel documentation and requirements for entry into the country online at the USA Government website.

Neither Microsoft nor Microsoft Inspire are at liberty to provide direct consultation regarding attendee travel requirements. Any questions regarding personal eligibility or documentation should be channeled through local consulates.

  • Simplifying the schedule so you can navigate the conference more easily

Safety and security

Please ensure that you have at least one form of positive photo identification when you check in at Microsoft Inspire. Acceptable forms of ID include the following:

  • Government-issued passport
  • Government-issued identification card
  • Driver’s license (with photograph)
  • Other official state-issued identification document with photo
  • Clearly display your conference badge around your neck at all times while in the event venues. Persons without visibly-displayed badges will not be allowed entry into Microsoft Inspire; however, please note that we recommend you remove your badge when not at conference venues.
  • Do not bring unnecessary items into conference sessions (large bags, recording devices, video cameras, laser pointers, etc.).
  • Do not leave bags, briefcases, laptop cases, luggage or other valuables unattended.
  • Whenever possible, do not bring valuable items to the conference center. Use the safe or lock-box provided at your hotel.
  • Immediately report any suspicious behavior to a security officer or event staff member.
