Microsoft is excited to announce big changes to our benefits offerings that better align with partner needs.  

Today, we’re adding more than 25 in-demand product licenses to many of our partner benefits offerings to give you access to the latest innovations across the Microsoft Cloud. These updated licenses include several Microsoft 365 Copilot products, Power Apps Premium, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft GitHub—all of which empower your organization with intelligent collaboration, actionable insights, and robust security. 

This move is part of our larger commitment to evolving the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program to help Microsoft, our partners, and our shared customers continue to lead the way and accelerate the shift to AI to realize programmatic outcomes. As part of this commitment, Microsoft no longer offers Microsoft Action Pack, Microsoft Learning Action Pack, or legacy silver or gold benefits for purchase or renewal. If you renewed your benefits before January 22, 2025, you may keep those benefits until their anniversary date. Partners who have eligible active legacy silver or legacy gold benefits as of January 21, 2025 will be eligible for the remainder of the FY25 Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) incentive term, which runs through September 30, 2025. 

All partners can access partner benefits packages, which contain updated benefits designed to accelerate your growth and fit your business needs. Partners who provide software are encouraged to explore ISV Success, which provides additional benefits that help expand your development capabilities and accelerate your time to market. Depending on your business growth and goals, you may also choose to pursue a Solutions Partner designation or specialization, both of which provide you with a portfolio of tailored benefits to help you differentiate your organization to customers in a competitive market. 
 

Which benefits offerings are right for you?  

We have product, support, and advisory benefits suited to every partner experience. Browse the options to learn which benefits offerings are right for you. 

  • For partners with a Microsoft Action Pack or Microsoft Learning Action Pack, depending on the size and needs of your organization, we recommend the Partner Success Core Benefits and Partner Success Expanded Benefits packages. These benefits are designed to enhance your cloud and AI capabilities and deepen your partnership with Microsoft. 
  • Partners with legacy silver and gold benefits should consider Partner Success Expanded Benefits, a comprehensive package designed for organizations that are ready to expand even further and deepen their partnership with Microsoft. Depending on your business growth and goals, you may also choose to pursue a Solutions Partner designation. 
  • For organizations that have progressed further with their partner capability scores, we recommend attaining a Solutions Partner designation, which will help distinguish your organization's broad technical capabilities and experience delivering customer success and will give you access to purpose-built benefits. For partners who primarily serve small to medium-sized businesses, Microsoft is launching SMB paths in the three Azure solution areas on January 31, with tailored requirements to empower even more partners to qualify for a designation. 
  • Partners who provide software could also benefit from ISV Success and access the offering’s new AI investments, including hands-on technical enablement, credits for AI development tools, and financial incentives designed to empower partners to build and deploy AI-powered apps or migrate end customers to Azure-based apps. Partners who qualify may also be interested in the ISV Success Advanced Package, the most robust set of benefits within ISV Success.

Microsoft offers both new and refreshed co-branded campaigns for the following solution areas: Business Applications, Data & AI (Azure), Digital & App Innovation (Azure), Infrastructure (Azure), Modern Work, and Security. 
  • Technical Presales and Deployment Services (TPD): Grow your business with this key benefit, available in Partner Success Core Benefits, Partner Success Expanded Benefits, Solutions Partner designations, and specializations. TPD provides personalized assistance to help you plan, build, and publish your services and applications and accelerate deals. Access advisory hours and personalized assistance with technical sales prep and deal enablement from Microsoft partner technical consultants.

As customer needs evolve, we are aligning partner incentives across the entire customer lifecycle to assist partners in delivering value and developing sustainable, profitable businesses. This year, we continue to reward partners across our portfolio of six solution areas.
