How to update partner contact information

You can update, add, and remove contact information from Microsoft’s records by submitting a completed global VL partner contact change form via the My Cases and Support workspace in Volume Licensing Central. Requests must be submitted by authorized channel partner contacts. The effective date of the requested changes will be as per processing date. Topics include:
