How to update partner contact information

Partners can update, add, and remove contact information from Microsoft’s records by submitting a completed global Volume Licensing (VL) partner contact change form via the Call Logging Tool (CLT). Requests must be submitted by authorized channel partner contacts. The effective date of the requested changes will be as per processing date. Topics include:
