This refreshed workshop takes a modular approach, allowing for the delivery of a customized engagement. Workshop deliverables include:

  • An evaluation of your customer’s current telephony and PBX needs including environmental and workload analysis
  • Demonstrate the end-to-end Microsoft Teams calling experience to showcase Microsoft Teams Phone as a telephony solution including the rich portfolio of third-party applications and devices that can complement the Microsoft Teams Phone experience
  • Plan and enable cloud architecture with the choice of deployment across Operators or Microsoft
  • Direction on how to transition various user profiles into a modern collaboration and communication environment
  • Customized report with actionable recommendations to enable and adopt Microsoft Teams Phone
