Partner agreement

The Microsoft Partner Network Agreement includes membership terms and conditions, with added terms related to incentives programs.

Surface PC and Surface Hub Reseller

Available to eligible managed and unmanaged resellers for driving Surface PC and Hub revenue as well as accessory and warranty attach revenue.

Surface PC and Surface Hub Authorized Device Distributor

Offered to eligible distributors for driving sales of Surface PC and Hub devices and accessories, and for expanding and developing the channel ecosystem of partners that sell Surface devices. 

Online Services Usage Microsoft 365 Incentive

This incentive rewards partners for influencing and driving impactful customer growth of usage on Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite.

Solution Provider Agreement Incentive

Authorized partners can qualify for nonexclusive rights to distribute Microsoft Dynamics 365 on-premise licenses via the Dynamics Price List to their customers at discounted rates.

Online Services Usage Business Applications Incentives

This incentive rewards partners for influencing and driving customers’ usage of Microsoft Dynamics online services and Power Platform.

Dynamics Pre-Sales Advisory Incentives

This incentive guide brings together the requirements to participate in two previously separate Dynamics Pre-Sales incentives: Certified Software Advisor Incentive and Online Services Advisor Sell Incentive.

Microsoft Commerce Incentive (Azure)

Partners earn this incentive for helping customers migrate to the Microsoft Customer Agreement and driving consumption of Microsoft Azure services.

Cloud Solution Provider Indirect Reseller Incentive

Designed to reward indirect reseller partners for driving Cloud Solution Provider revenue to end customers, with a focus on customer adds and strategic cloud products and solutions.

Cloud Solution Provider Indirect Provider Incentive

Designed to reward authorized indirect provider partners for developing a cloud-focused channel and driving Cloud Solution Provider revenue through resellers, with an emphasis on strategic cloud products and solutions.

Microsoft Azure Incentive

Partners can receive funds for delivering services to customers that drive their consumption of Microsoft Azure services under a variety of agreements.
