Microsoft recruitment policy in relation to partner employees:
Microsoft works to respect our partner ecosystem, and our recruitment teams do not seek to actively solicit candidates from partner
organisations in our hiring practices. If a candidate from a partner organisation chooses to apply directly for a role at Microsoft, they will
be given fair consideration for the role in line with Australian employment law and equal opportunities legislation. Our recruitment
policies, processes and practices are built with these core principles in mind.
