General Manager, Enterprise Partner Cloud Solution Areas Strategy and Marketing
Ann leads the Enterprise Partner CSA and Marketing team within Worldwide Sales and Solutions (WWS), with responsibility for Enterprise Services partners and Independent Software Vendors. Her organization drives global go-to-market strategy across all Microsoft solution areas and industries, delivering partner programs and initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and customer adoption for Microsoft and its partners.
Ann has built and scaled some of Microsoft’s most impactful partner motions. She previously led partner incubation efforts that introduced new business models and evolved into core programs, including the Cloud Advisor business for Microsoft 365, the Microsoft Surface commercial partner model, and the Cloud Solution Provider program.
Ann began her career in Hong Kong and held field sales roles across China before joining Microsoft headquarters in Redmond in 2004. Since then, she has served in leadership positions across the Product Marketing Group, Microsoft US, and Global Partner Solutions, with a consistent focus on enabling partner success and driving customer impact.
