To improve end-to-end processes and systems toward simplifying Volume Licensing (VL) experiences for our partners, Microsoft is developing a tool called Volume Licensing Central. The first capability available will be the My Cases and Support workspace, which we’ll be launching on November 7, 2022.
The My Cases and Support workspace will provide a seamless partner support experience to engage with Microsoft’s Regional Operations Centers (ROCs). This development will focus on digital assistance, self-serve capabilities, and improving productivity and process efficiency.
