The Microsoft 365 Copilot specialization demonstrates your experience and skills related to Microsoft 365 Copilot, including Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and agents. Partners who earn this specialization have proven they can:

  • Help customers find and use AI and Copilot advisory services.
  • Assess customer readiness for a secure and compliant Copilot deployment.
  • Guide customers through their Copilot adoption.
  • Expand and customize AI through extensibility with agentic focus.

How long will my specialization stay active?

Your organization’s Microsoft 365 Copilot specialization will remain active for one year. After that, you can renew it, provided you meet the requirements at that time.

How do I earn this specialization?

If your organization has an active Solutions Partner designation for AI Business Solutions (via the Business Applications or Modern Work pathways) or a Solutions Partner designation for Security and meets the requirements below, you'll be notified in Partner Center and can apply for the Microsoft 365 Copilot specialization.

What are the requirements?

Partners must meet standards for service delivery and support. Requirements are verified by Microsoft and/or a third-party vendor and are subject to change.

1,000 monthly active users (MAU) growth of Microsoft 365 Copilot in the trailing 12 months (TTM) (claiming partner of record (CPOR), Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Tier 1, CSP Tier 2)

5 net customer growth for Copilot in TTM (CPOR, CSP Tier 1, CSP Tier 2)
