This learning path directs you to a number of resources to help prepare for taking the Dynamics 365 Sales (MB-210) exam. It introduces skills required through a series of virtual instructor-led trainings (VILT) that are between 1-2 hours long each. For each item, you will need to register at the link provided to be able to watch these VILTs (recorded webinars) on-demand. These courses show you how to implement solutions that support a sales life cycle to run efficiently and effectively to meet revenue targets, business strategies, and company objectives. You will also learn how to configure and expand the core functionality of leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities, in addition to support entities that map to the sales processes in place at a company. This is one of two exams required for the Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate Certification. To gain this certification, you must pass the MB-210 and MB-200 (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core) exams.
