Stephen Boyle is Corporate Vice President of Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) at Microsoft, where he leads the global organization responsible for unifying Microsoft enterprise partner sellers and scaling the impact of the company’s most strategic partners.

Stephen and his team focus on driving partner and customer success through the Microsoft AI platform, helping enterprise partners build, deliver, and scale high‑performing, customer‑centric cloud and AI solutions. He works closely across the Microsoft Worldwide Sales organization and partner ecosystem to unlock growth, strengthen execution, and expand value creation across Global System Integrators, Advisory Partners, Digital Natives, and software development companies (SDCs).

With more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry, Stephen is a seasoned business leader with deep expertise in enterprise sales, partner business models, and global go‑to‑market strategy. He has held senior leadership roles at Microsoft, SHI, Kyndryl, and Oracle.
