Eligible partners must meet the highest standards for service delivery and support. All requirements will be verified by Microsoft and/or a third-party vendor, either automatically or by manual review, and are subject to change.

Your organization must have an active Solutions Partner for Modern Work designation.

Your organization must achieve a minimum growth of 1,000 Teams Phone enabled users in a trailing twelve-month period.

Enabled Users: Users with a Teams Phone license and a telephone number assigned to them (using either a 1st Party Calling Plan or 3rd Party Calling Plan) so that they are able to make and receive PSTN calls. Partners should use the TeamsPhoneEnabledUsers workload to claim and track their contribution.

Your company should achieve users through Claiming Partner of Record (CPOR).

Additional CPOR and Microsoft resources can be found here.

If you do not maintain your designation, you will lose your specialization status. On your renewal date, you will need to meet the current program requirements, which may evolve over time.
