My Cases and Support workspace

To improve end-to-end processes and systems toward simplifying Volume Licensing (VL) experiences for our partners, Microsoft is developing a tool called Volume Licensing Central. The first capability available will be the My Cases and Support workspace, which we’ll be launching on November 7, 2022.​

The My Cases and Support workspace will provide a seamless partner support experience to engage with Microsoft’s Regional Operations Centers (ROCs). This development will focus on digital assistance, self-serve capabilities, and improving productivity and process efficiency.
