Automational develops new partner program with help from Microsoft


Software company Automational was looking to grow their business through an expanded network of lead referral partners. The Atlanta-based company had a limited number of successful partners in North America and Europe delivering quality leads, but Automational was looking for more assets to help them enlist and activate new partners, in addition to providing more standardization and expectation-setting in their agreements.

Automational decided to contact Microsoft to see if they could get help developing an updated partner program. But it wasn’t a cold call – the company already had an established relationship with Microsoft. The Automational platform, which helps automate sales processes and marketing campaigns, runs on top of Microsoft Azure. Meanwhile, Automational’s parent company, ClickDimensions, provides leading marketing automation software specifically for companies that use Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM software. 

As a Gold partner in Microsoft Go-To-Market (GTM) Services, Automational qualified for several premium GTM activities, including the Global Expansion program, which they decided to participate in.

They also invested resources into helping us build marketing campaigns and assets to attract potential partners and end-users.”

In the six months since the program launched, Automational is already seeing impressive results.
