For digital transformation to be effective, an institution must carefully analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate their plan for change. Carefully crafting a vision is the first step toward a successful, holistic digital transformation. The growing role of education as the engine of economic change makes the work happening to transform our schools and classrooms fundamental to global progress. It starts with mindset.
