Historically, Microsoft’s Global Treasury and Financial Services (GTFS) viewed customer PO issues as a valid reason for dispute and paused collections while we waited for the customer to address the issues. This will stop from February 2023 because customer PO information is not a requirement of the Microsoft contract. Microsoft only requires a customer (or partner) purchase commitment, not a purchase order (PO) number.
